Online Library Card Application

for residents of Bethlehem Central School District

To apply on line, you must be at least 14 years old and live in the Bethlehem Central School District.

You will need to show valid ID (current drivers’ license or other picture ID with proof of current address such as utility bill or lease agreement ) to pick up your card at the Check Out Desk. Applications will be held for 30 days. You will be notified by email when your card is ready for pickup.
